HOW TO GET STARTED

We have various ways for you to get started with us depending on your level of experience. If you are new to striking or combat sports we highly recommend our Intro 121. The intro 121 is £20 for 60mins with an experience trainer covering everything you need to know to get you started and equip you for trialling a class. This helps improve your confidence for your trial class where you'll be partnered with a member who regularly trains. We recommend this for beginners / those with no or minimal striking experience and those who haven't trained for some time to get the rust off. After your intro you'll be able to book a FREE trial class.

If you have extensive experience in striking where you'll be comfortable jumping straight into a class and be able to competantly partner another member please contact us to book your trial class.You'll be required to inform us of where you trained previously and for how long.

All trial classes are £5 and payment will be required to book your session. To book your trial class please contact us via facebook, instragram or email. You must contact us to book as we cannt accommodate walk ins on the night.

PAYMENTS & MEMBERSHIPS

All Access £70 per month, includes all striking classes, bootcamps, open gyms and evening access to The Box.

Street Ready Combatives £55 (2 classes pw) / £40 (1 class pw)

Bootcamps ONLY £45 (access to 3 classes pw)

Ladies Kickboxing £55 (2 classes pw) / £40 (1 class pw)

Morning Striking ONLY £55 (3 morning classes pw)

HOW DO I BOOK?

I'VE NEVER TRAINED BEFORE!

Don't worry, you can book an intro 121 with one of our experienced trainers who will go over the basics with you so when you book your FREE trial class you'll have a better understanding of what to expect and what to do making it much more enjoyable! Everyone starts as a beginner, even your coaches, we've all been there!

I want to train but don't want to fight...

Theres never any pressure to do anything you don't want to. The majority of our members train becasue they love it and for the fitness aspect. Everyone is welcome and our mats are for everyone regardless of your goals! If you're not a fan of contact at all our ladies BoxFIT incorporates boxing with no contact.
